IPHONE VARIANTS
Pro, Plus and Max: how to tell them apart
Pro vs standard
iPhone Pro models have three rear cameras arranged in a square or triangular cluster, while standard models have two. Pro models are also slightly thicker and heavier. If you see three camera lenses on the back, you have a Pro model.
Plus or Max vs standard
Plus and Max models are noticeably larger and taller than standard models. If the phone feels significantly bigger in your hand, it is likely a Plus or Max variant. The screen on these models is visibly larger than on the standard size.
Screen too broken to read?
If the screen is too damaged to read Settings, look for the model number printed on the back of the device or on the SIM tray. You can also bring the device into any of our stores and we will identify it for you at no charge, then give you a repair quote on the spot.
