HDMI port specialists
HDMI port failure is the most common Xbox fault, particularly on the Xbox One. We reflow or replace the port and test the HDMI controller before returning your console.
Controller drift repairs
Stick drift on an Xbox controller is a worn analogue stick module, not the whole controller. We replace the module, so you keep your controller and save on a replacement.
Board-level diagnostics
Xbox repairs are board-level work. We diagnose the power supply, HDMI controller and disc drive controller before quoting, so you only pay for the part that is actually faulty.
