Payment for repairs and accessories is taken in store when you collect your device. No payment information is entered on this site.

• Book a repair through our online booking wizard
• Send us a message through our contact form
• Request a custom quote for a repair

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit, through the analytics tools described below.

We use your personal information to:

• Process your repair booking and create a repair ticket
• Contact you about your repair, including booking confirmations and status updates
• Respond to your enquiries and custom quote requests
• Issue and track reward vouchers offered with bookings

We do not use your personal information to send marketing emails unless you specifically request it.

When you book a repair, we send your name, contact details and repair information to RepairDesk, the repair management system we use to track and manage repairs. This is necessary to create your repair ticket and record the work carried out on your device.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your personal information is stored in two places:

• Our website platform, which hosts its data in the United States.
• RepairDesk, our repair management system.

Because your information is stored outside Australia, it is subject to the laws of the country where it is held. We take steps to ensure the overseas recipients handle your information in line with Australian Privacy Principles, including relying on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal data.

Overseas storage disclosure: Some of your personal information is stored in the United States. By providing your details through this website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States.

We keep your booking, contact and quote records for 7 days after the interaction is complete, then delete them, except where we are required to keep them longer by law or where a repair is still in progress.

Your personal information is handled across three established service providers, each with their own security controls:

• Base44 — the website platform that hosts our booking and contact data. Base44 is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS, content delivery and security for the site. Cloudflare encrypts data in transit and provides DDoS and bot protection and a web application firewall to filter malicious traffic.
• RepairDesk — our repair management system, which receives booking and customer details to create and track repair tickets.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to authorised staff who need it to process your booking or enquiry. We do not store payment card details on this website.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your personal information
